Dr. Cross received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria in May 1985. He was elected to the AOA honorary society as a medical student. He completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of Kentucky at Lexington Albert B. Chandler Medical Center from 1985 – 1989.

Board certified by the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Cross is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American College of Radiology, Radiologic Society of North America and the American Medical Society.

Dr. Cross practiced in Decatur, Illinois for 16 years and was the president of the Decatur Radiology Physicians Service Corporation before deciding to pursue an opportunity to practice in Peoria.

He has been active in all areas of Diagnostic Radiology and now primarily is practicing as a Body Imager (CT, US), Diagnostic and Interventional Mammographer, and General Radiologist.

Dr. Cross joined Central Illinois Radiological Associates January 2006.
