Dr. Dixon is a graduate of UC San Francisco Medical School, San Francisco, CA. He continued his medical training as an intern and Radiology Residency at UC Irvine Medical Center, Orange, CA.

Certified by the American Board of Radiology since 1974, Dr. Dixon holds medical licensures in Illinois, Oregon and California. He is a member of several professional societies such as Illinois State Medical Society, Radiological Society of North America, Society of Breast Imaging, and the Peoria County Medical Society.

Dr. Dixon has been involved and participates in presentations and meetings at the local and national level. He is the author of several publications in nationally recognized medical journals.

Dr. Dixon joined Central Illinois Radiological Associates June 2000.
