James A. McGee, M.D.

Dr. McGee received his medical degree from the University of
Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa in 1988. He
completed a transition internship at La Crosse Lutheran
Hospital in La Crosse, Wisconsin in 1989 and served his
radiology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago.
After completing a fellowship in body imaging at the
University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa,
he joined the staff at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria,
IL.
Board certified by the American College of Radiology in
1992, Dr. McGee is a member of several professional
associations and societies such as Peoria Medical Society,
Radiological Society of North America, American College of
Radiology, Illinois State Medical Society, and the American
Medical Association.
During his education, he spent his summers participating in
research projects with the University of Iowa College of
Medicine. Dr. McGee is a Clinical Associate Professor of
Radiology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine
at Peoria and is a Diagnostic Radiologist at Methodist
Medical Center.
