Dr. Swischuk is a graduate of the University of Texas
Medical Branch, Galveston, TX. in May 1989. He completed his medical
training at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, FL.
in June 1994, where he completed his diagnostic Radiology residency and
Vascular/Interventional Radiology Fellowship.
Dr. Swischuk has co-authored multiple publications in nationally recognized
Journals in the field of interventional and vascular radiology. In addition,
he has been involved with presentations at the local and national level.
He is a member of the Radiology Society of North America,
Society of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology, American Roentgen Ray
Society, American Medical Association, Peoria Medical Society, and the
International Society of Endovascular Surgery.
Dr. Swischuk joined Central Illinois Radiological Associates,
Ltd. in 1996. He implemented the Vascular/Interventional Outpatient Clinic at
OSF St. Francis Medical Center where he is also Clinical Associate Professor in
the Department of Radiology.
