Dr. Williams received his BS at the University of Illinois in Champaign, IL from 1982-1986 and his medical degree at Rush Medical College, Chicago, IL in June 1991. He went on to serve a preliminary surgery residency program at OSF St. Francis Medical Center from 1991-1992. He then completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio in 1996. Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology in 1996.
